For many, Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start to summer. Folks all over the country break out their swimsuits and sunscreen to unwind after hibernating through the winter and spring.

Ross Kenseth took the lead from Trey Mitchell on what proved to be the final restart of the night and was up front when it counted to win the the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) South Super Late Model event at Virginia’s South Boston Speedway.

Trey Mitchell Looking Forward to South Boston PASS Event

It seems the more difficult the track, the more Trey Mitchell likes to race there. South Boston Speedway located in the southern part of central Virginia and has become one of Mitchell’s favorite facilities to circle on his annual calendar when deciding what races to compete at in the upcoming year. For the last several years, the PASS South Series event at the South Boston Speedway has always made the schedule, and 2013 is no exception as Mitchell and company will make their second start of the season this weekend at the track.
