South Boston Speedway located in the southern part of central Virginia and has become one of Mitchell’s favorite facilities to circle on his annual calendar when deciding what races to compete at in the upcoming year. For the last several years, the PASS South Series event at the South Boston Speedway has always made the schedule, and 2013 is no exception as Mitchell and company will make their second start of the season this weekend at the track.
