2009 and 2010 Champion Johnny VanDoorn to Compete for 2012 CRA Championship

Johnny VanDoorn and his #61 Kaos Motorsports Team will partner with Jegs.com to run for a third ARCA/CRA Super Series Championship in four years.

"I am ridiculously pumped up and excited for the 2012 season! With Jegs.com and Port City Racecars stepping up and committing early to work with us, it has motivated our entire team. The guys in the shop and I are having more fun and the atmosphere is at a totally different level," explains Vandoorn. "With most teams searching for funding and sponsorship, we are very blessed and extremely thankful for all of our partners. It is so exciting to know that after a tough 2011 season, we can count on great partners like Magic Transportation and Speed Media again in 2012 as well as our new partner Jegs.com. The talented crew and the great equipment we are preparing for 2012, gives me a huge boost of confidence. I can’t wait!"

Kaos Motorsports will be fielding a 2012 Port City Racecars chassis with engines prepared by McGunegill Engine Performance, winners of 13 Championships in 2011. The #61 will also be sporting a new body from AR Bodies. Kaos Motorsports only races Penske Racing Shocks from Greg Browning and Team Butch Racing Shocks.

The Kaos Team will again have Ben VanDoorn on top of the pit box calling the shots as crew chief. One familiar face from the past, Dirk Redder will return after a one year hiatus to join Ron the Tire Guy and Chef Marlin.
