Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series to Exhibit at CARS Show on Jan. 13-14

The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series wrapped up one of its most exciting seasons in the 12 year history of the ‘blue collar tour’ this past season as we close in on yet another year of series banquet at ‘The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway’.

The final stop before crowing Dennis ‘Rambo’ Champion at the banquet will be the inaugural Carolina Auto Racing Show (CARS), Friday and Saturday January 13-14 at the Hickory Metro Convention Center in Hickory, NC.

Carolina Clash will be in booth 308 as part of the American Racer by Jimmy Smith Race Tires presentation. Franklin’s car will be on display for both days.

“CARS gives us a great way to help us talk to everyone involved in the series, from drivers, to sponsors, to staff, to promoters, everyone is making plans on coming to CARS so we plan on using that time try to tie up a lot of loose ends for 2012,” said Series President Larry Lee.” “2012 will be our 13th season and we have never had an event like CARS to help up promote Carolina Clash, so we are very much looking forward to being a big part of it.”

The 2011 racing season was one of the most competitive to date. With large car counts and a dramatic finish to the ‘JE Pistons Countdown to the Cup presented by Roush Yates Performance Parts’ things look very promising for 2012.
